ROLE SUMMARY

Copperline Electric is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. This onsite role is ideal for a true utility player who enjoys having visibility into — and contributing to — a variety of business processes and departments. The Administrative Coordinator supports multiple teams, helping keep day-to-day office operations organized, on track, and moving forward.


It’s a great fit for someone who thrives on variety and is comfortable jumping between tasks, from scheduling and data management to presentations, events, and ad-hoc support. This role works closely with Leadership, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations, providing well-rounded support that helps each function run smoothly.


This role is best suited to someone who is confident with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and tools like Canva, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.


WORK LOCATION

This is a 100% in-person/onsite role at our Tampa, FL (33619) office.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across Leadership, Business Development, Preconstruction, and Operations
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support internal/external communications
  • Maintain organized records and assist with general data entry
  • Manage ordering and stocking of office supplies and breakroom items


Client & Event Coordination

  • Coordinate logistics for client meetings (lunches, materials, etc.)
  • Support planning and execution of networking and industry events


Materials & Brand Support

  • Update presentations and company-branded materials (PowerPoint)
  • Assist with light graphic updates (Canva or similar)
  • Manage company swag (ordering, inventory, distribution)


General & Ad Hoc Support

  • Support leadership with special projects and time-sensitive requests
  • Assist with occasional errands and jump in where needed


WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination-focused role
  • Construction or related industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay on top of moving pieces
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a big plus
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Proactive, reliable, and responsive work style
  • Comfortable supporting multiple teams and shifting priorities
  • Takes ownership and follows through without constant direction
  • Adaptable and willing to jump in wherever needed
