Based in Doha, we are expanding our operations and seeking a proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our office management and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Role Overview

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to management and staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office coordination.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for management.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with HR and finance teams on employee records and office expenses.
  • Support procurement and vendor management for office supplies and services.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and organizing training logistics.
  • Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
