To provide administration / clerical support to VF for typing letters, memos, scanning documents in Document Control Systems, maintaining files and retrieval of documents, distribution of mail
Required Experience and Skills:1. Screen, monitor and prioritize correspondences to ensure they are dealt with properly
2. Maintain and update files; scan documents in Document Management System, maintain proper records of all files for easy retrieval
3. Type correspondences, memos as directed and ensure it is sent to the recipient once signed off
4. Provide administrative support to meetings organized for VF and for VF section.
5. Maintain/update inventory for department stationery, consumables and request supply as required.
6. Provide support to Chief Personal Assistant I as instructed
Educational Qualifications:Secondary Education. Must be Arabic Speaker
