The company offers a wide range of products, including gypsum board, cement board, and metal profiles for concealed suspension ceiling & T-Grid systems. Role Description


·        Handle daily office operations, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.

·        Provide direct admin support to the Managing Partner, ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.

·        Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.

·        Prepare and manage official letters, reports, and presentations.

·        Support HR in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

·        Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes during online meetings, and follow up on action items.

·        Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and confidential documentation.

·        Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed by the Managing Partner.

·        Conduct online research, prepare summaries, and provide timely updates on business matters.

·        Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

·        Maintain the security and confidentiality of all company data and software systems.

·        Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications & Skills:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

·        2+ years experience as an Administrative Executive, Office Administrator, or similar role.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·        Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

·        Excellent command of Arabic and English languages is required
