Job Description

ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking an adept Administrative & Financial Consultant to join our team in Qatar. As a part of our consulting division, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency and financial performance of our clients. Your expertise will be integral to providing insightful analysis, strategic guidance, and robust solutions tailored to unique client needs.

  • Administrative and financial consulting, including administrative development and strategic planning.
  • Provide financial and administrative consultancy specialized in:
    • Organizational development.
    • Change management.
    • Human resources.
    • Training and workforce development, with the aim of delivering professional and structured solutions.
  • Analyze data, plan, set objectives, and design strategies, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support decision-makers with data and appropriate plans, and propose the best recommendations and solutions.
  • Prepare and review memorandums, financial reports, and specialized administrative reports.
  • Provide specialized financial consultations based on the topics presented.
  • Stay updated with new administrative and financial services and solutions, and propose what aligns with the organization’s needs to support development.
  • Review observations from regulatory bodies and provide specialized responses backed by legal references.
Required Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in both administrative and financial consulting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in administrative or business fields (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or related).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in, Administrative consulting, Organizational development, Human development, Strategic planning, and Financial consulting, proven track record of the above achievements.
  • Professional certifications (Preferred), such as:
    • Planning Certifications (CPE or AICP)
    • Change Management Certification (CCMP)
    • Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
  • Previous consulting experience in the government sector.
  • Experience in accounting, budgeting, and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of government regulations, including HR laws, procurement/tender laws, and their executive regulations
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Native Arabic (spoken & written).
  • Good command of English (spoken & written).
  • Preferably familiar with technical terminology related to systems, networks, and engineering projects
