Role: Administrative Intern


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, who can take initiative, and effectively prioritize daily tasks.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' administrative or secretarial experience in a professional services firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Solid understanding of office procedures and working knowledge of record-keeping techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with senior executives
  • Good problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Fast and accurate typing speed in English
  • Arabic language skills desirable but not essential


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Associates with document filing and, when required, courtroom preparation
  • Perform typing and transcription of documentation as required by associates or partners
  • Draft and format letters, memos, reports, and other legal correspondence
  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and handle general inquiries professionally
  • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics
  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and update internal databases
  • Assist with billing processes, including matter opening/closure and client follow-ups
  • Provide backup support to senior team members when necessary
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes, amend routine legal documents, and proofread as needed


Terms:

  • Duration of internship: 3 to 6 months
  • Salary: AED 3,000
