Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys by communicating with clients, adversaries & courts, drafting legal documents, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents
- File documents with courts and government agencies
- Perform data entry tasks to update case management systems
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or certificate in Paralegal Studies or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience working as a Paralegal or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Proficient in using computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
