Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Office & Administration Manager to manage office administration, coordinate teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a service-oriented environment. The role requires strong people management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain high service and workplace standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate the office administration and support staff
- Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity
- Oversee front office operations, client coordination, and internal communication
- Manage office schedules, attendance, leave records, and staff coordination
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record management systems
- Prepare administrative reports and submit updates to senior management
- Maintain professional office conduct, discipline, and service quality
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
- Support management with administrative planning and operational follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in office or administration management
- Strong team handling and people management experience
- Previous experience in the service industry is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and Malayalam is a strong advantage due to client and staff interaction
- High level of professionalism, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure
- Must be legally eligible to work in Qatar or willing to complete employment visa formalities
