A leading and dynamic medical company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Secretary to join our team.

​Key Requirements:

- ​Experience: A minimum of 5 years of secretarial experience, specifically within the medical/pharmaceutical company sector is MANDATORY.

​- Computer Skills: Excellent proficiency in computer applications, including the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of medical administrative software is a plus.

​- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

​- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

​- Education: Relevant diploma or degree is preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

​- Managing and maintaining executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

​- Handling confidential company information and documentation.

​- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and medical documents.

​- Organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings.

​- Managing office supplies and maintaining a professional office environment.
