About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Secretary to join our dynamic team in Doha. The ideal candidate will support the contracts and legal departments by managing documentation, coordinating contract workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Qatari regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and maintain contracts and related documentation.
  • Coordinate contract review, approval, and execution processes across departments.
  • Maintain an organized electronic and physical filing system for all contractual records.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties for contract-related communications.
  • Ensure contracts comply with company standards and local legal requirements.
  • Assist in tracking key contract dates (e.g., renewals, expirations, obligations).
  • Support audit and compliance activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a contracts, legal, or administrative support role—preferably in construction, engineering, energy, or a similar sector.
  • Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with document management or contract management systems is an advantage.
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR4,000.00 per month
