Private Butler

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to the family and guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Manage household staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Oversee the maintenance and presentation of the household, ensuring all areas are immaculate.
• Plan and execute events, including formal dinners and social gatherings.
• Handle wardrobe management, including packing and unpacking for travel.
• Manage household inventories and supplies.
• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors.
• Ensure the security and privacy of the family at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a butler or in a similar role within a private household or luxury hotel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional certification in butler services is a plus.
