Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative AssistantJob Summary:

Responsible for front-desk operations, administrative support, and assisting with accounting and tax-related tasks to ensure smooth office management and accurate financial recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Handle daily accounts, record expenses and income.
  • Compile and reconcile expense reports and bank statements.
  • File and organize invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
  • Assist with corporate tax filing and maintain compliance records.
  • Support general office administration and document control.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
