Administrative Officer

We're Hiring Administrative Experience

Amros Pharmaceuticals is looking for a proactive and experienced Administrative Officer with industrial administration exposure to manage office operations, coordinate with government and management, and ensure smooth inbound/outbound dealings.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

2. Certifications in First Aid, Fire Safety, Office Management, or MS Office will be considered a plus

Experience

1. 1–2 years of experience in industrial or corporate administration

2. Exposure to general administration, management coordination, and vendor or outbound dealings

3. Experience in initial-level government coordination will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day industrial and office administrative operations

2. Coordinate with management and different departments for smooth workflow

3. Handle inbound/outbound dealings, vendor coordination, and service providers

4. Liaise with initial-level government officers for approvals and correspondence

5. Maintain office records, files, and documentation

6. Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and official communications

7. Maintain office safety protocols, including fire safety and first aid readiness

8. Support HR and Finance departments as required

9. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

Location: Ahsanabad, SITE Area II, Karachi

Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
