Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Officer to manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure in a fast-paced textile manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, system security, and technical support across all departments.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure
• Install, configure & troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, scanners, biometric systems, CCTV)
• Provide technical support to users across departments
• Monitor and maintain servers, backups & data security
• Manage ERP / HRMS / Attendance systems
• Ensure cybersecurity measures and firewall management
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and AMC
• Support production floor IT systems & machinery integration

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science / Software Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (Textile/Manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of networking, Windows Server, and troubleshooting
• Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
