HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage human resource functions and support our mission-driven team, including operational tasks.

Timings: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Budget: 100,000 - 150,000

Location: New Karachi, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff induction processes.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documents.
  • Handle payroll, leave management, and staff queries.
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Address employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate training sessions and capacity-building programs.
  • Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BBA, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist (NGO experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and office administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
