Job Title: Employee Relations Coordinator

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi (Onsite)

Work Timing:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
  • Saturday: 9:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, Gen Z professional who is enthusiastic, proactive, and skilled in employee interactions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between employees and HR, supporting employee engagement, retention, and smooth internal communication. This role requires emotional intelligence, observation skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Monitor and identify subtle negative changes or dissatisfaction among employees and report them to HR for timely action.
  • Engage with new joiners to ensure smoothness and reduce early attrition risks.
  • Hold conversations with employees who may be considering leaving and address their concerns politely and professionally.
  • Maintain positive employee relations while balancing company policies.
  • Act as a mediator in minor employee conflicts, ensuring issues are handled discreetly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee feedback, concerns, and interactions.

  • Good observation and analytical skills to identify potential employee concerns early.

  • Basic understanding of Employee relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Previous experience in employee relations, HR support, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Gen Z candidates preferred for relatability and dynamic approach to workplace culture.
