Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Duties

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), conducting interviews, and supporting onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and handling inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation.
  • Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting positive communication across teams.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry and ensure data collection is precise for reporting purposes.
  • Assist with performance management initiatives by coordinating employee evaluations, tracking progress, and supporting succession planning efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
  • Contribute to organizational design projects, change management strategies, and workforce management initiatives to optimize efficiency and employee engagement.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and HR sourcing strategies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or similar systems like ADP or Paychex.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, workers' compensation procedures, OSHA standards, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
  • Skilled in training & development programs as well as employee evaluation techniques to foster growth and performance excellence.
  • Familiarity with social media management for employer branding and recruitment outreach efforts.
