We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Support professional to assist in daily HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong written communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a good understanding of documentation and employee coordination processes.
Responsibilities
- Draft and manage professional written communications, including internal and external emails
- Handle and respond to emails independently in a timely and organised manner
- Support HR operations, including documentation, record-keeping, and maintaining employee files
- Assist in employee screen monitoring and reporting as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper filing of HR and administrative records
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently
- Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on assigned responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant HR or administrative role
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong typing skills with the ability to draft professional communications efficiently
- Good understanding of documentation and record management processes
- Ability to handle emails and administrative tasks independently
- Detail-oriented, organised, and responsive
- Willingness and availability to work evening/night shifts
