Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
• Design and manage performance management systems
• Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives

• Strong expertise in HR strategy and organizational development
• Proven experience in talent management and performance management systems
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and best practices
• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
• Develop and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward strategies
• Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the HR team
• Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to support business growth
• Foster a positive, performance-driven organizational culture
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources or relevant specialization from a reputed university
• 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the IT/Tech industry
• Prior experience in a senior HR leadership role is highly preferred
• Experience working with international or USA-based organizations is a plus
