We are urgently hiring Divisional Manager HR (Female) for one of our clients from Manufaturing Industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement divisional HR strategy aligned with overall business objectives
- Lead workforce planning, budgeting, and manpower forecasting for the division
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition to meet operational needs
- Ensure effective performance management systems and succession planning
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across the division
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in collaboration with finance
- Handle complex employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution
- Lead learning & development programs to build leadership pipeline
- Monitor HR KPIs and provide strategic HR reports to senior management
- Supervise and mentor HR team members across locations
Qualification & Experience
- Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
- 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
Salary: 500K-650K
