Manager Human Resource (Onsite Karachi)

Job Status: Full Time Onsite

Required Experience: 5+ Years

Working Days: 6 Days

Reports To: General Manager / Director of Operations

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees.
  • Develop staffing plans aligned with peak seasons, special events, and operational needs.
  • Coordinate job fairs, campus recruitment, and community outreach programs.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a timely and fair manner.
  • Develop engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
  • Support recognition programs and team-building activities.

3. Training & Development

  • Oversee onboarding, safety training, and compliance programs.
  • Collaborate with operations to develop leadership training for supervisors and managers.
  • Promote internal career progression and succession planning.

4. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Administer payroll coordination, benefits, and timekeeping systems.
  • Oversee workplace health & safety initiatives in coordination with operations.

5. Performance Management

  • Implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers with coaching, corrective action, and performance improvement plans.
  • Track workforce metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage compensation structures appropriate for seasonal and hourly workforce.
  • Administer employee benefits programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience; experience in hospitality, amusement parks, entertainment venues, or recreation facilities preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
  • Experience managing seasonal and high-volume recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
