Performance Management Lead – Human Resources

We are looking for Performance Management Lead to build, strengthen, and scale a high impact, data driven performance ecosystem that drives measurable results, empowers teams, and reinforces a culture of accountability, agility, and operational excellence.

This is a pivotal role within the Human Resources function, responsible for aligning enterprise wide performance frameworks with evolving business priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, design, and continuously evolve a lean and scalable performance management framework across the organization.
  • Translate business strategy into SMART goals, KPIs, and measurable performance standards.
  • Lead the annual and mid year performance cycles, ensuring transparency, consistency, and fairness.
  • Align performance outcomes with recognition, rewards, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous feedback, cost conscious growth, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Partner with functional leaders to ensure goal alignment with operational and financial targets.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions and provide data driven insights to senior leadership for informed decision making.
  • Train and coach managers on effective performance conversations, evaluation techniques, and development planning.
  • Leverage HR analytics and performance dashboards to monitor trends and drive continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in performance management within a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong expertise in KPI design, performance analytics, and competency based frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across functions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and performance management tools.
