Human Resources Executive

Crea8ive Bench Pvt. Ltd is looking for an HR Executive for its Karachi Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Handle employee documentation & onboarding
• Maintain attendance and HR records
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support HR operations and employee engagement activities
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Manage employees’ grievances

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
