People and Culture Officer

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented People & Culture Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting core HR operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, motivation, and retention
  • Design and execute culture-building activities aligned with company values
  • Drive employee experience strategies across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Develop and manage recognition and reward programs
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans
  • Partner with department heads to strengthen team collaboration and workplace culture
  • Support performance management frameworks and promote a feedback-driven culture
  • Facilitate internal communication initiatives to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Assist in employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Identify organizational development needs and recommend culture-enhancing solutions
  • Mediate employee concerns professionally while fostering a positive work environment

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • People and Culture: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resource: 2 years (Preferred)
