Head of Human Resources (HR)

A well-established and reputed Educational Trust in Karachi is seeking Head of Human Resources to lead the HR functions across two campuses comprising 500+ employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for both campuses
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies aligned with institutional values
• Oversee recruitment, performance management, and succession planning
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance mechanisms
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
• Supervise payroll, benefits, and HR documentation systems
• Advise Trustees and senior leadership on strategic HR matters
• Drive HR digitization and process improvement

Candidate Profile

• Master’s in Human Resource Management. MBA is preferred.
• 7 years of progressive HR experience
• Minimum 2 years in a senior HR leadership role
• Strong command over labor laws and compliance
• Experience in large institutions (education sector preferred)
• Demonstrated integrity, leadership maturity, and policy enforcement capability
