Lime Software Logics is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Executive to manage employee data and oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from appointment formalities to exit processes.

The ideal candidate must be well-versed in FlowHCM and capable of independently managing HR operations, attendance, employee records, engagement activities, and HR documentation with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
  • Prepare and issue appointment letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other employee documentation.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records in FlowHCM and internal systems.
  • Manage and monitor employee attendance through FlowHCM, including leave management, attendance regularization, shift management, and reporting.
  • Generate HR reports and dashboards from FlowHCM (headcount, attrition, leave balances, attendance trends, etc.).
  • Process probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employee status updates in FlowHCM.
  • Handle resignation documentation and manage complete exit formalities.
  • Process full & final settlement documentation as per company policy.
  • Plan and execute HR engagement activities such as employee events, celebrations, awareness sessions, and internal initiatives.
  • Support internal communication related to HR programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Maintain organized and confidential HR records.
  • Address employee queries related to attendance, leave management, HR policies, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with FlowHCM (attendance, leave management, employee records, reporting modules).
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
