Job Summary

Vendify is a rapidly growing POS solutions provider. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, employee engagement, and office coordination across our Karachi branches. Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Source candidates for Sales and Lead Gen roles through social media, job portals, and headhunting. Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with HODs.
• Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for employee queries and maintain a healthy, productive work environment.
• Attendance & Payroll: Track daily attendance, manage leave records, and assist in monthly payroll processing.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure company policies are followed and assist in updating HR manuals.
• Engagement Activities: Organize "Star of the Month" ceremonies, lucky draws, and team-building events.
• Documentation: Maintain digital and physical employee files, including contracts and CNICs.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in HR (Recruitment experience is a plus).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Google Workspace.
• Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and a professional, empathetic approach.

Shift Timings

• Night shifts (8pm to 5am).

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
