About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Officer to support our high-volume BPO delivery center in Karachi. This full-time onsite, night shift role ensures seamless administrative operations, facility management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including office supplies, records, and documentation for US-facing BPO operations.

Coordinate facilities maintenance, vendor contracts, and workplace safety during night shifts.

Ensure compliance with policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Handle logistics for events, travel, and shift handovers while optimizing costs.

Monitor admin metrics (e.g., uptime, response times) and report issues to leadership.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a BPO or call center environment.

Proven ability to support shift-based operations (night shift preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR/payroll tools.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.

Availability for full-time onsite night shift work in Karachi.
