Administrative Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Officer to support our high-volume BPO delivery center in Karachi. This full-time onsite, night shift role ensures seamless administrative operations, facility management, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including office supplies, records, and documentation for US-facing BPO operations.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance, vendor contracts, and workplace safety during night shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle logistics for events, travel, and shift handovers while optimizing costs.
  • Monitor admin metrics (e.g., uptime, response times) and report issues to leadership.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Proven ability to support shift-based operations (night shift preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR/payroll tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.
  • Availability for full-time onsite night shift work in Karachi.
