Monday to Friday - evening 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturday and Sunday - morning 10:00 am to 13:00 pm & evening 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Key Responsabilities

Assisting the managers and teachers with administrative tasks: coordination with parents and students, class management, and accountancy.
Managing incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Ordering supplies and maintaining the office in good operations

Skills and qualifications

High school diploma or relevant work experience
Proven relevant experience offering administrative support
Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, time management, adaptability, and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
Excellent organizer and collaborative spirit
