Administrative Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to the Housekeeping Department to ensure a smooth and successful day to day administrative works.

· Check and arrange repairing building and office area when required

· Checking and responding to security and safety issues

· Coordinating deliveries from vendors and suppliers

· Develop new vendors

· Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies

· Updating computer records

· Making travel arrangements for staff if necessary

· Printing and photocopying paperwork

· Assumes other duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for cleaning and Building maintenance

Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping and office staff on day- to day basis.

Update Attendance records/ files/ registers etc

Maintains a variety of records, supplies, maintenance schedules, files, etc. (e.g. employee time reports, construction, work orders, etc.)

Qualification & Experience:

· Graduate

· Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

Age between 25 to 30 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
