Administrative Officer

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Hospital Administrator. The role involves coordination with patients, vendors, and internal departments, as well as handling official correspondence, documentation, and meeting management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Hospital Administrator in daily administrative tasks and operational activities
  • Coordinate with patients and relevant departments to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Manage communication and follow-ups with vendors and external stakeholders
  • Prepare official correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
  • Draft letters, memos, and internal communications
  • Record and maintain accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs) and ensure timely circulation
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate events when required
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and administrative procedures
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience (preferably in a hospital or healthcare setup)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good drafting and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in InPage (Urdu typing)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job type: Full-time

Salary Budget: 120k to 150k
