Administrative Officer (Arabic & English Speaker)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to support daily operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Arabic & English), detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, documents) in Arabic and English
  • Maintain filing systems and office documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
  • Support HR and finance administrative tasks when required
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth office operations and logistics
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative roles
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
