Administrative Officer (Chinese Speaking)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the management team.
  • Coordinate communication between Chinese management and local staff.
  • Assist in translation and interpretation (Chinese–English) during meetings and daily work.
  • Arrange meetings, travel schedules, and accommodation for staff.
  • Maintain office records, files, and internal documentation.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist with procurement of office supplies and administrative resources.
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience (experience in Chinese companies is preferred).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
