As a KPERS Administrative Specialist, you'll play an essential role in ensuring that public employees receive the benefits and support they depend on. You'll work closely with teammates, members, employers, and others who contact the Retirement System—so a friendly, dependable, service-oriented mindset is a must.

What You'll Do
You will provide administrative support to the team that processes benefits for members who have made the important, life-changing decision to retire. Duties will include
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates who bring professionalism, positivity, and a genuine commitment to customer service. Ability to speak Spanish proficiently is a plus!
Experience
At least two years of general office, clerical, or administrative support experience. An associates degree or technical certificate in a relevant area may be substituted for experience with at least six months of administrative or office support work experience.
