Administrative Specialist

• Timely release and manage P2P advertising.
• Review and approve P2P orders based on internal SOP.
• Ensure smooth and accurate completion of P2P transactions between buyers and sellers.

Settlement and exchange

• Responsible for timely and accurate exchange of fiat currency to USDT.
• Monitor exchange rates to ensure transactions comply with internal control requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of settlement transactions for audit and reporting purposes.

Order review and compliance

• Review and approve recharge and withdrawal applications according to the SOP process.
• Identify and report any suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Ensure that all transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Account and fund management

• Monitor account balance and transaction flow changes daily.
• Ensure reasonable allocation of funds among multiple accounts and maintain sufficient liquidity.
• Assist in fund reconciliation and provide timely account change reports.

Risk monitoring and reporting

• Closely monitor risk factors associated with trading and account activities.
• Report potential issues to management in a timely manner and propose preventive measures.
• Assist in implementing risk control mechanisms in the operation team.

Support and collaboration

• Collaborate with customer service and compliance teams to resolve transaction related issues.
• Provide timely feedback and support to internal departments.
• Complete other temporary tasks and projects assigned by management.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, business or related fields.
• Candidates with experience in financial operations, cryptocurrency exchanges, or payment operations are preferred.
• Careful in work, able to strictly follow SOP operations.
• Possess good analytical skills and be able to monitor and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems; knowledge of blockchain /USDT preferred.
• Possess a high sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and risk awareness.
• Possess independent work ability and teamwork spirit, good communication skills.
