MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
• One year of work experience in a specialized or related area applicable to work performed.
Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements upon recommendation and approval by the Chancellor.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Working knowledge of Title IV Rules and Regulations and Satisfactory Academic Progress
• Working knowledge of Arkansas Division of Higher Education Rules and Regulations
Additional Information:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Proficient in the use of computers and computer programs such as, but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to analyze documents to determine compliance with rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to conduct research and compile data into report form.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize work, work independently and as a member of a team
• Able to maintain working knowledge of and practice FERPA, Title IV, ADHE, TAA, & TRA Rules and Regulations.
• Ability to establish and maintain filing systems, answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
• Able to work cooperatively and effectively with a diverse student, employee, and visitor population
