JOIN OUR TEAM

At ServiceMaster of Charleston, you will be essential to the business's day-to-day operations as a part of the Administrative Team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the following areas: organization, attention to detail, punctuality, and be customer service oriented. Could lead to full-time for a well qualified candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists office visitors, callers, and the general public regarding ServiceMaster of Charleston's processes
  • Answers the telephone; provides information and assistance to callers, routes calls, and takes messages as necessary.
  • Daily clerical duties
  • Managing multiple schedules via Outlook
  • Delegation of technician assignments
  • Organizes and maintains CRM
  • Scheduling for customer/technician and project manager appointments
  • Types, prepares, processes, copies, scans, files, and distributes various documents
  • Utilizes excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to represent ServiceMaster of Charleston in a professional manner
  • Performs other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Excel, and Word or similar software
  • Ability to manage work orders through a smartphone, tablet, and/or computer
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Three-year minimum office experience
  • Excellent phone skills mandatory
  • Microsoft Outlook experience
  • Three references
  • In the event of major storms or other emergencies, this position may be subject to an emergency schedule to meet the needs of our customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
