Position Overview
Anazao Community Partners (ACP) is seeking a friendly and dependable Administrative Support Specialist to provide front desk and general office support.
This role serves as the first point of contact for many clients and visitors, helping create a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, assisting with intake paperwork, and supporting basic office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy office setting.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Support
Greet clients in a welcoming and professional manner. Answer and route incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries.
Client Intake Support
Assist clients with completing intake and other required paperwork. Ensure intake documentation is complete and properly routed to appropriate staff. Provide basic guidance to clients regarding forms and office procedures.
Administrative & Office Support
Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership as needed. Assist with basic office tasks such as organizing files, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist with managing EHR and patient portals.
Data Entry & Record Support
Enter and maintain information in agency systems as needed. Assist with maintaining organized records and documentation.
Communication & Team Collaboration
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and visitors. Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth office operations.
