Office Administrator - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our real estate team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate will provide strong administrative support to agents, manage documentation, and handle client communications efficiently.

Office 208, Building 2020, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry (mandatory)
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Hands-on experience with real estate portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
  • Proficient in Trakheesi permits, listings, and verification processes
  • Solid understanding of real estate documentation, including MOU, Tenancy Contracts, and Forms A, B, I & U
  • Excellent follow-up, lead management, and customer service skills
  • Ability to draft professional business letters and correspondence
  • Strong record-keeping and filing skills (digital and physical)
  • High level of attention to detail with strong analytical abilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls
  • Maintain and regularly update employee and client contact records
  • Handle client inquiries and provide high-quality customer service
  • Support accounts and transaction closing processes
  • Coordinate developer registrations, renewals, and required documentation
  • Contact landlords to confirm property availability
  • Prepare business letters, reports, and presentations
