We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Admin to handle administrative and HR-related functions in a luxury car rental company located in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 3-4 years of experience in the luxury car rental industry, with a strong understanding of operations, HR policies, and hands-on knowledge of TARS and CRM.

Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Office Management

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update customer rental agreements, fleet inventory, and internal records.
  • Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and financial documentation.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Human Resources & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Support payroll processing and performance management activities.

Customer Service & Operations Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries about rental services, pricing, and terms.
  • Coordinate vehicle bookings, fleet availability, and logistics.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules and liaise with service teams.

Software & Reporting

  • Generate reports on fleet usage, employee performance, and financials.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the car rental industry (luxury segment preferred) in an administrative or HR role.
  • Proficient in TARS and Node systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Female candidates preferred (based on operational needs).
  • Must be currently residing in Dubai with valid residency and documents.
