Administrator – Construction

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate EHS office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company safety policies and procedures.

Provide professional communication support, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling email and written correspondence efficiently.

Schedule and coordinate safety meetings and appointments for EHS staff; manage calendars and ensure timely reminders.

Utilize time tracking software to accurately record staff hours, safety training sessions, and project durations.

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock of safety equipment and placing orders when necessary.

Manage visitor reception by greeting guests professionally, ensuring compliance with site safety protocols, and directing them appropriately.

Provide general administrative support to EHS staff and management, including filing, document creation, data entry, and maintaining EHS records.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within construction.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Experience with time tracking software; familiarity with Procore is a plus.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Previous experience using Procore is a plus.
