Administrator (Russian Speaking)

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Russian-speaking Administrator to join our Early Years Centre. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily administrative operations of the centre while acting as a first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors. Fluency in Russian is essential to effectively communicate with our Russian-speaking families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and enquiries, both in person and via phone/email
  • Communicate confidently and professionally in Russian and English with families and stakeholders
  • Manage enrolments, registrations, and maintain accurate child and family records
  • Support billing, invoicing, and fee collection processes
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Assist with compliance documentation and regulatory requirements relevant to early years settings
  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Support the Centre Manager and teaching staff with administrative tasks as required
  • Assist with communication, newsletters, and notices to parents

Requirements

  • Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational or early years setting
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A warm, professional, and child-friendly approach

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in an Early Years Centre, nursery, or school
  • Customer service or front-desk experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Admin: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Education industry: 2 years (Preferred)
