Administrator/Duty Officer
We are looking for a Administrator/Duty Officer to oversee surveillance, track attendance, and manage payroll and organizational security. If you are detail-oriented and have experience with technology, join us to make an impact in security, HR, and tech operations.
Job Responsibilities:

Monitor CCTV systems during shifts.

Maintain attendance records in Excel.

Collaborate with HR and payroll teams.

Be detail-focused and a team player.

Adhere to attendance policies and enforce penalties for violations.
HR Payroll:

Accurately process employee payroll.

Handle salary-related inquiries and discrepancies.
-
Maintain confidentiality.
-
Be proficient in payroll software and Excel.

Be familiar with payroll policies, including penalties for errors.
CCTV Operators:
-
Monitor and report security incidents.

Coordinate with the task/operations department.

Have knowledge of surveillance technology.

Understand security policies, including penalties for breaches.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Human Resources Payroll , Administrator, or in other security/surveillance roles.

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.

Bachelor’s degree.
-
Speak Arabic.
