Administrator/Receptionist

We are looking for a Receptionist / Admin to handle front desk operations and administrative duties efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and professional attitude, excellent multitasking skills, and basic accounting knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients with refreshments and ensure a pleasant experience.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls and emails.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and office coordination.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain records in Tally Prime, including petty cash management.
  • Support the purchase department by helping with purchase orders and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Tally for data entry and petty cash handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Knowledge of basic office administration and purchasing tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
