• Activation Management – Creating impactful campaigns like mall activations and in-store promotions.
• Event Management – Handling events from start to finish, combining global ideas with local insights.
• Talent Management – With a database of over 3000+ models, hostesses, promoters, and cast members, we provide top talent for events, activations, shows, and shoots.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced or Eager Beginner: Previous experience in events or activation is a plus, but if you’re motivated and willing to learn, we’d love to work with you.
• People Person: Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and talent alike.
• Problem Solver: Ready to tackle challenges, adapt, and bring creative solutions to the table.
• Proactive Business Developer: Comfortable with cold calling and generating new business opportunities.
• Flexible and Mobile: Willing to work outside the office when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and book models, hostesses, and talent for various projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and talent.
• Generate business leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Arrange client meetings and provide service demonstrations.
• Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Research market trends and identify potential clients.
