ADMISSION COUNSELLOR

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our online school institution in Dubai. The role involves guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, providing accurate information about our programs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, student-focused, and passionate about helping families make informed decisions about online education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from parents and students regarding admission procedures, courses, curriculum, and school policies.
  • Provide counseling sessions (via phone, email, chat, or video meetings) to prospective parents and students.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the school’s online programs, curriculum, fee structure, and admission requirements.
  • Guide families step-by-step through the admission process, ensuring timely completion of applications and documentation.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain records of inquiries in the CRM/ERP system.
  • Support parents in understanding the benefits of online schooling and address concerns with clarity and professionalism.
  • Assist in organizing online orientation sessions, webinars, and open-house programs for prospective parents.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets set by the institution.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions counseling, customer service, or sales (preferably in education/edtech sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English mandatory, Arabic is an advantage).
  • Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Customer-oriented, with patience and empathy when addressing parents’ concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 8 per week
