As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring students. Your job is to understand their goals, explain our services, and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Conduct consultations and follow-ups with prospective students
• Explain study abroad options, eligibility, and application processes
• Maintain CRM records and meet monthly enrollment targets
• Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams

Requirements

• Excellent communication in English
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree preferred
