Admission Counsellor

Delhi Medical Healthcare Academy (DMHCA) is hiring an Admission Counsellor to manage inquiries and guide students and doctors about our medical fellowship and certification programs. The role includes handling calls, WhatsApp leads, explaining course details, fees, and program benefits, and assisting applicants throughout the admission process. The counsellor will follow up with prospects, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly admission targets. Candidates must have strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to convert leads effectively. Basic computer knowledge and prior experience in counselling, tele-sales, or ed-tech will be an advantage. This role offers salary + incentives and growth opportunities in the medical education sector.
