Salary Range:
₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role Overview

Reliance Animation Academy (Noida Franchisee) is looking for an experienced Female Counsellor to manage student counselling, admissions, and course sales for Animation, VFX, and 3D programs. This role plays a key part in student engagement and enrolment growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on Animation, VFX, and 3D career paths and courses
• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries and convert them into admissions
• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets
• Guide students through the admission process and documentation
• Maintain accurate student and enquiry records
• Coordinate with faculty and management regarding student progress
• Support marketing, outreach, and promotional activities

Eligibility & Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in the Edutech industry (mandatory)
• Prior experience in student counselling, admissions, or course sales
• Experience in Media & Entertainment / Animation / VFX is an added advantage
• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
• Good organisational abilities
• Comfortable with MS Office and basic computer operations
