Admission Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong ability to explain the school’s programs, curriculum, and benefits effectively.

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for handling inquiries, conducting campus tours, following up with prospective students, and assisting in the enrollment process. They should have a customer-centric approach, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Student Enrollment & Counselling:

• Handle incoming inquiries (calls, emails, and walk-ins) regarding admissions.
• Provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, faculty, and extracurricular activities.
• Guide students and parents through the admission process, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to help parents make informed decisions.

2. Lead Generation & Follow-up:

• Follow up with prospective students and parents through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain a database of leads and track their status through CRM software.
• Organize school promotional activities, open houses, and admission events.

3. Campus Tours & Events:

• Conduct campus visits and orientation sessions for prospective students and parents.
• Organize admission drives, career fairs, and school promotional activities.
• Assist in preparing and distributing brochures, admission guides, and presentations.

4. Administrative Support & Documentation:

• Assist in filling out application forms, verifying documents, and processing admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of admission statistics and reports.
• Coordinate with school administration and faculty for a smooth admission process.

5. Marketing & Outreach:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the school through social media, advertisements, and campaigns.
• Develop partnerships with coaching centers, educational consultants, and feeder schools to generate leads.
• Identify new marketing strategies to attract prospective students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
